Our Policies

Safety and Security Policy

Your safety and security are our biggest concerns. We require clients to follow all prescribed safety guidelines and rules and to always wear all designated personal protective equipment (PPE) when required for activities. For international excursions, travel insurance may be required.

Harassment and discrimination Policy

At Boujee Adventures, we love and embrace diversity in all its many forms. We strongly prohibit harassment and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, and other protected classes. Any harassment or discriminatory behaviour could lead to the immediate removal of the individual(s) from the trip and a permanent ban from all future trips. Also, depending on the severity of the incident, it may be reported to the police

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel trips up to two weeks before the trip date and receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days from the trip date, a refund will not be allowed. An exception may be made if there is a waitlist and your seat(s) can be sold. For out-of-province trips or international trips where flights and hotel accommodations will need to be purchased weeks or months in advance, a refund will not be allowed once these purchases are made.

If a trip is cancelled by the proprietor, Boujee Adventures, for reasons such as severe weather, then a full refund will be issued to all clients.

Sustainable Tourism Policy:

We are committed to minimizing our impact on the environment and raising environmental awareness. We encourage the use of environmentally friendly practices, such as reducing waste, recycling, and reusing materials as much as possible. We will encourage animal-friendly activities and promote education on animal welfare. Where possible, we will first seek to work with companies that provide sustainable products and services.

We will encourage respectful, non-intrusive interactions with local communities and do our best to educate employees and customers on local traditions, customs, and the importance of cultural preservation. Express our commitment to promoting responsible and sustainable travel practices.

Outline efforts to minimize negative environmental, social, and cultural impacts.
